Eden Prairie, Minn. — This afternoon, David Hann met with the press outside of Lieutenant Governor Peggy Flanagan's office in the Capitol to again call on her to resign and cease her bid for the U.S. Senate due to the historic and massive fraud that occurred under her watch.

“When it comes to protecting taxpayers from fraud, at best Tim Walz and Peggy Flanagan have proven themselves incompetent; at worst they’ve proven themselves complicit," Hann said. "In either case, neither of them are to be trusted on the matter and they should both resign, get out of the way, and let competent successors investigate and hold the fraudsters accountable.”

Hann also cited a report published by the OLA in November of 2025 which showed multiple instances of mishandling tax payer dollars in the Governor and Lieutenant Governor's office.

A live recording of the press conference can be viewed here.
